Lasso Works is a privately-owned consulting company that supports partners in manufacturing and product development sectors. Some of our core competencies include supply chain management, cost savings, engineering, new product development, manufacturing, importing of goods, and business advising. Our real-world experience and tested connections can exactly fit defined project goals in short order.

Lasso Works employs a hands-on approach to working with a select group of partners. Throughout the duration of the project, we will be there in-person to solve dynamic challenges as they arise and to ensure the collaborative vision is fully realized and implemented. 

Lasso Works was founded in 2017 by Rusty Rose, who currently serves as Principal and General Manager. Prior to expanding into consulting, Rusty has 20 years experience both as an engineer and operations executive for a highly-profitable $200M publicly-traded manufacturer of commercial food service equipment. Rusty's experience with a small R&D company that rapidly transformed into an industry-leading manufacturer has solidified skills that are directly transferable to businesses on a similar path.
